The site was originally launched in 2003. By 2008 it was the 5th most popular website in the competitive ‘Food and Beverage – Restaurants and Catering industry’ category in the Hitwise awards which measures website popularity based on based on market share of UK Internet users.

The site was relaunched in March 2010 with a new look, and several new features to make it even more useful to diners searching for restaurants and takeaways – and an even better way for restauranteurs to promote their restaurants.

We actively promote the site both online and offline, in 2009 our site received 3.7 million visits.
